Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit of those who have expressed their faith in Christ.
By this we mean that only those who have confessed their faith in Christ should be baptized. This excludes infants but may include children old enough to confess faith. Because baptism is a first act of obedience, it should occur as soon as possible after the initial confession of faith and be performed in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19-20
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
