Salvation
We believe Jesus became human to save the lost.
By this we mean that Jesus came to show the Father's love and to call all who are willing to enter God's kingdom. Because sin blocked our relationship with God, Jesus died on the cross as a sacrifice to satisfy God's righteous demand for judgment and to express God's love to mankind. Jesus now lives to intercede for us.
Luke 19:9-10
And Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost."
