School of leaders is the doorway into cell leadership.
The School of Leaders is not designed for the students to become theologians but rather for them to have effective tools to make disciples.
The first trimester shapes your faith and equips you to nurture the faith of another by establishing you in nine foundational teachings.
The second trimester envisions your heart and equips you to lead a cell by describing what a cell is and how to effectively lead a cell group.
And the third trimester develops your leadership so that you are equipped to lead others according to the strength of your relationships.
